Historic Tacoma Neighborhoods

Tacoma feels like a small town.  When you see people out, you greet them like they are family.  There is a common bond in maintaining this type of community, and I just love that.

North End

The North End historic homes offer a glimpse of early Tacoman elite living.

See why this area became the hottest neighborhood in Tacoma.

Ruston & Point Ruston

Once a hub of industrial power, Point Ruston has been rejuvenated.  A social space with views and access to incredible parks, this area is on the rise.

Old Town

Part of Tacoma's heritage and entrepreneurial roots are still grounded in Old Town Tacoma. Slopping blocks face Commencement Bay with easy access to Downtown Tacoma.

Stadium District

Stadium High School is one of Tacoma's most historic buildings and an iconic Hollywood set. Wright Park, Light Rail into Tacoma and Frisko Freeze are just a few great things about Stadium.

6th Avenue

Some of my favorite places in Tacoma are along 6th Ave. Residents are close to a variety of shopping, dinning and MSM sandwiches.

Proctor

A bustling shopping area with a weekend market make Proctor a popular area to live. This area boasts one of Tacoma's best Walk Score ratings.

West Slope

With views of the Narrows Bridge and the Olympic Mountains, the West Slope provides home-owners with sensational (sunset) scenery.

Fircrest

This community is slow-paced, friendly and family-centric. Nearby Fircrest Golf Course is one of the great courses in the area.
